Jello/Pudding Recipes

Cherry Pudding

1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup canned red tart cherries plus enough liquid to fill cup
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1 tablespoon butter or margarine

Grease baking pan, 9x9x2 inches. Mix all ingredients. Pour into pan. Bake about 40 minutes. Serve warm with caramel topping if you wish.
